All lottery programs are developed and built using Visual Basic 6.0 Enterprise Edition with Service Pack 6 on a Windows Vista and Windows 7 O/S to ensure system compatibility; development will gradually move over to VB net once the next version, after Windows 7, is released. VB Net is not used currently as many users do not have the framework installed. Installation of any of these programs add the Visual Basic Run-Time files to your computer which will enable you to run any VB program that requires these files
